| I flew into Budapest because the airfare from San Diego was
alot cheaper - $900 (taxes included) versus $1400 for Sajajevo
and I wanted to see Budapest anyway. I spent the night in
luxury at the Hotel Gellert then took the train the next day to
Sarajevo. They suggest buying your train ticket a day in
advance - in my case the hotel got it for me. The train left
from the Southern station, took 12 hours and cost about $70
USD. The trainride was mostly at night so I didnīt get to see
much. Also I didnīt get that much sleep because I had to show
my passport and/or ticket 9
times! |
